1. What is a landscaping?

2. What is the best way to get started?
Booking a consultation is the best way to get started. This will provide an opportunity for you to sit down with one of our project managers to discuss your ideas and project in detail. Book a consultation today and let’s get started!
3. What happens during the consultation?
During the consultation, a consultant will spend approximately one half-hour with the homeowners. During this time the consultant is available to discuss some design ideas and make recommendations for booked in-store consultations.
4. How will I ensure the maintenance of plants?
Landscape gardens are easy to maintain as they integrate into the natural environment. However, there are multiple steps we take to ensure that your landscape garden remains lush and green as its installed as following -
A. We provide low maintenance plants if required or choose plants as per site natural conditions
B. We do thorough soiling and fertilization of the land to ensure the plants have the right environment to grow
C. Option for drip irrigation system to ensure self watering of plants
D. Annual maintenance plans or adhoc maintenance support as per client’s preference
5. Do I need a water connection?
It is not a must. In the absence of water connection you have to manually water the plants. We can also provide you options of low maintenance plants and sturdy plants if required. We do take care of extending plumbing work to ensure water connection.
6. What are the services taken up by Mycloudforest?
Plumbing, Electrical work, Masonry work, Wooden work, Seating, Pergola, Tiling work, painting, plants, waterbody etc. We will take up everything to ensure we build the space as per your requirement.
7. Will the products used sustain outdoor weather conditions?
All the products we use or install are suitable and sustainable for outdoor use. It can handle outdoor weather conditions easily.
8. What will be the typical lifetime of my landscape garden?
A landscape garden once built is forever. It adds a personality to your outdoors likewise the interior design do to your indoors. All our products are built to sustain in outdoor for years. It doesn't requires any significant maintenance over time.
9. What are the general sizes and quality of plants used?
We ensure standard size and highest quality of plants to ensure your terrace looks lush and green from day 1.
10. Do you take up project for existing landscape garden renovation?
We will be happy to do that. However, we do not take up partial renovation work.
11. Do mycloudforest maintain the garden post installation?
Yes, you can opt for our annual maintenance plan or request for ad hoc maintenance service as and when required.
1. Will I be charged for home consultation?
Yes, the consultation with our project manager is a paid service. The booking fee includes up to 2 designs. Please note, the booking fee is redeemable against the project confirmation.
2. What if I want more than 2 iterations of the design?
We’re happy to accommodate as many changes as you’d like. Post second design, 10% of order amount will be charged. You can then request for any number of changes, till you agree on a design you love. This amount will be adjusted against your order total.
3. What is the warranty for mycloudforest landscaped garden?
Our landscaped garden comes with product specific warranty. There is no warranty on plants. We encourage the customers to ensure the quality of plants during installation. However, we do provide 1 complimentary maintenance visit 1 month post installation.
4. What are the payment terms once I commission mycloudforest landscapping?
An advance equal to 50% of the total amount is required to book your mycloudforest terrace garden. The remaining 50% of the amount is due at the time of delivery of all products.

1. Can I customize my landscape garden completely?
Yes you can customize your garden completely as per your requirement. We will provide you all the possible options.
2. Do you have different themes to choose from?
Yes our project manager will provide you all the possible themes. However, if you have anything particular in mind we are happy to take it up
3. What options do you have for plants?
We will provide and suggest you all the possible options for plants which will suit your requirement and sustain, survive per your site natural conditions.
1. What are your delivery timelines?
Your commissioned mycloudforest landscape garden will be delivered within 6 weeks from the day of advance receipt and confirmation of final drawings.
2. Can I request for early delivery timelines?
We can consider this on request. This will entail an additional charge of 5% of the total project cost.
