50% payment for confirmation. Balance amount before dispatch or on delivering the product on site, before installation.

Vertical Garden

50% payment for confirmation. Balance amount before or on dispatch of plants to the site.

Company will inform the client that the plants and products are ready for installation two days before the product is planned for dispatch.

Balcony Garden

You can book the balcony garden online by paying the booking amount. Post booking, project manager will schedule a home visit to finalize the project & take dimensions of your balcony. You can discuss possible changes with the project manager which might include adding or taking off few products from the design you selected. We will provide you a final estimate based on the final dimensions. We will install the balcony garden within 2-3 weeks post 100% payment and confirmation.

Customized Projects (Terrace Garden/Landscaping)

Home Consultation: Rs. 500 (This includes visit of our project manager to the Client’s site and maximum 2 design iterations based on client’s requirement.)

10% of the estimated project amount is requested towards confirmation of the project.

Post confirmation we are happy to do as many design iterations as required till you are fully satisfied. After design freeze, an execution meeting will be scheduled at the site with our operations team to run through the product selection, installation schedule or to address/align any of your concerns.

Total 50% of the project amount is requested post execution meeting before start of the work.

The rest of the payment will be as per standard and agreed contract which will be signed between client and Cloudforest E Commerce Pvt. Ltd.

What are the payment options provided by mycloudforest?

  1. Visa, MasterCard and American Express Credit Cards.

  2. Debit card for more than 50 banks.

  3. Credit Card EMIs (participating banks)

  4. We currently support Net banking for 32 banks including all major banks like ICICI, HDFC, Citibank, SBI, Axis etc.

  5. Cash on delivery (for orders up to Rs. 25000 and based on product type)

  6. Our team can also send you payment links via Razorpay.com which can be used for payment towards the product or project.

 

Can I pay at the time of delivery or home consultation visits? 
We offer the option of paying via a credit/debit card at the time of delivery. Visa, American 
Express and MasterCard are accepted. If you are opting for this payment option, please ensure 
that you have the right card with you at the time of delivery. When you pay via Credit Card on 
delivery - you have the option to convert your payment into EMI. This option is available for 
Credit Cards issued by participating banks. 


Is there any EMI option? 
You can buy an MyCloudforest product with EMIs using the credit card of any of the 
participating banks. 


Is it safe to use my credit card, debit card or net banking? 
Absolutely. Shopping with MyCloudforest is completely safe. Transactions with 
MyCloudforest are via the payment gateway Razorpay, which is both VeriSign Secured® as 
well as PCI compliant. The VeriSign Secured® Seal is the most trusted security mark on the 
Internet. PCI stands for Payment Card Industry and Razorpay is compliant with the global 
information security standards defined for organizations which handle cardholder information. 
Be assured that your card or account information is encrypted as it travels over the Internet 
making it well and truly safe. 


Does mycloudforest.com store my card or account information? 
Mycloudforest.com does not collect or store your account information at all. Your transaction is 
authorized at multiple points, first by Razorpay and subsequently by 
Visa/MasterCard/American Express/Banks directly without any information passing through 
us. 


Will I be asked to share card information, account information or passwords over phone 
or email? 

The MyCloudforest team will never request you to share any of your payment details over 
email or over phone.  


What should I do if a transaction fails? 
Transactions could fail due to multiple reasons. Please check for the following: 

  • Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e.: account details, billing address, password (for net banking) 

  • Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process 


If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back within 7 working
